Baño Sonoro es una sesión de sonido en la que Racso Nitram, utilizando los instrumentos que aparecen en la portada, crea paisajes sonoros que inducen a estados emocionales que estimulan la imaginación: música para soñar despiertos y despertar soñando.
Las personas que asisten a los baños sonoros lo reciben en postura cómoda (tumbados o sentados) y estado meditativo.
La sesión ha tenido que ser dividida en seis partes para poder ser compartida en bandcamp, pero es interpretada y debe ser escuchada como una sesión completa de principio a fin. Si se usan auriculares, es recomendable ponerlos a un volumen mejor cuanto más bajo.
En esta ocasión, la grabación corresponde a una sesión realizada en el centro de terapias "Círculos de la Alegría" en Moraleja (Cáceres) al que asistieron 15 personas a recibir el baño sonoro.

Baño Sonoro (Sound Bath) is a sound session in which Racso Nitram, using the instruments that appear on the cover, creates soundscapes that induce emotional states that stimulate the imagination: music to daydream and wake up dreaming.
The people who attend the sound baths receive it in a comfortable position (lying or sitting) and meditative state.
The session has had to be divided into six parts in order to be shared in the bandcamp, but it is performed and must be heard as a complete session from beginning to end. If headphones are used, it is advisable to put them at a better volume the lower.
On this occasion, the recording corresponds to a session held at the therapy center "Círculos de la Alegría" in Moraleja (Cáceres) attended by 15 people to receive the sound bath.
